From iOS to PC to 8bit, For fun and education.
This action puzzle game has been a hobby and passion for a number of years, appearing on iOS, PC and soon for the Nintendo NES / Famicom as a cartridge.
The PC version was nominated for Excellence in Audio at the IGF indie games festival at the GDC in San Francisco for it's beat matched and music key matched sound effect system, that allows players to create their own melodies as they play. The 8-bit "demake" of the game will hopefully be available to buy on cartridge in 2022. |

All graphics were created using Pro-motion pixel tool, and assembled as metasprites and tile backgrounds using NES SCREEN TOOL.
I composed and programmed the music in Ableton Live Studio, then transcribed it to 8 bit chiptunes using Famitracker.
I also devised a unique system whereby the musical sound effects trigger on-beat and in tune to the key structure of the music
